Di Quon was born in San Francisco and raised in Bakersfield. This year she spent half the year in New York City. Di Quon made her big screen debut as "Lily Kim" - hotel seamstress and friend of Lopez's character in the Columbia Pictures Christmas blockbuster, Maid In Manhattan starring Jennifer Lopez. The film was directed by Wayne Wang (The Joy Luck Club, Smoke, Blue In The Face, The Center Of The World , and Anywhere But Here), and also starred Ralph Fiennes and Stanley Tucci.

Recently, Di Quon has focused more on television. She has had recurring roles on Boston Public and Grounded for Life, shot a WB network pilot in Barcelona, participated in the NBC Diversity Showcase and had over 7 commercials running this year alone.
