Jodie started professionally working at the age of 10 where she portrayed her first leading role as Annie in Chicago. She then performed in more than 15 productions in the Chicago area, along with numerous independent films, commercials and industrials. She has appeared with Donnie Osmond in the Broadway National Tour of Joseph And the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. After her intense study as a BFA Acting major at Marymount Manhattan College, Jodie was cast in several Off-Broadway shows.

Since living in LA Jodie has done 6 independent films and currently models for Plantronics, Hele Surf and Fit magazine. In 2003 she and a few of her friends opened up Cassiopeia Theatre Company Inc. She has starred and produced two of their productions, which have received great reviews. Jodie has also written a play entitled ED based on her true story of a young girls struggle with anorexia. She currently has four other writing projects in the works including a book, screenplay, a pilot and a stage production with an all female cast. Proceeds will benefit the Jackie Cauthen Breast Cancer Foundation in loving memory of her aunt. Currently she is in preproduction for her next show for Cassiopeia Theatre Co. She studies at Michael Woolsen Studio and has trained at Second City.
