Phil's voice will be in the upcoming season of Family Guy on FOX. Phil was last seen in Lodestone's production of When Tigers Smoked Long Pipes, and Claim to Fame. Originally from San Francisco, Phil has performed in many theatres in his hometown, and also in the other major cities as well as being a company member of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Phil has been on Nash Bridges on CBS and General Hospital on ABC.
